A nod to nostalgia?
With energy bills , mortage rates , food and fuel rising 2024 has got us all tightening our belts but what does this mean if you are planning your dream wedding?
Should you cut back and scale down ?
Natasha the owner of Bridal Reloved Middlewich believes that we should simply bring back a touch of nostalgia to our wedding day.
In this retro shoot Natasha homes in on the 50’s and how the era celebrated tailored looks, good grooming and a rather refined appearance. (This also reminds me of my 90’s Ballet exam report where it states that βCharlotte was well groomed.β Thanks Mum !)
But this decade was not just about being well groomed. It also represented unity and sameness. The desire for stability in uncertain times which unfortunately is just as relatable now .
So………if you are looking for a classic dress we hope this styled shoot inspires you to fall in love with timeless tailoring. Don’t make cut backs , opt for classic cuts instead!!
